At DD&Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty and personal care purchases. Please read our policy carefully regarding returns and refunds.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • In original packaging with all seals intact

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and hygiene regulations, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used beauty products

  • Products with broken or missing safety seals

  • Perishable goods (face masks, natural products with short shelf life)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items or final sale products

  • Free samples or promotional items

Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • The wrong product

Contact us immediately at danieldavidservices@gmail.com, within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage/defect

  • Photos of the packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs for defective items.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at danieldavidservices@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Wait for our return authorization and instructions

  3. Package the item securely in original packaging

  4. Ship the item to the address we provide

Note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For change of mind returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • For damaged/defective items: DD%Co covers return shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  1. We'll notify you of approval or rejection within 3-5 business days

  2. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  3. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (processing times vary by bank/credit card company)

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different product or size:

  1. Return the unwanted item (following the process above)

  2. Place a new order for the desired item

This ensures you receive your replacement as quickly as possible.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times vary)

  3. Contact your bank

  4. If still unresolved, email us at danieldavidservices@gmail.com

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation as we process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping.
