Refund Policy

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

How to Return

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days .

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened personal care products unless defective.
